Just get some CFLs that are over 55 watts each. Usually 1 light per plant. Or if you have money get a HID hps (hps lose less light over time). With that plus some decent nutrients you will get atleast 2 oz per plant :D

Ona gel and spray is the cheapest and easiest way to control it, an air purifier inside my tent also works. Go with both and you wont smell anything.
