10oz per plant with a 400w and 2 flouros isnt gonna do it.... you should scratch the co2 and buy a bigger light, or more lights. For a tent ten feet long i would suggest buying another 400 watter. two of those should produce a nice amount of bud.... or you could go with cfls if you cant...

So im reading up on a few DWC grow journals and im looking at the pics right... well i had this thought: Alot of people leave their roots floating around in the res but what if we wieghted the roots to be over top of the airstones? Would this not be better than the roots just going where ever...
