The oscillating fan should be good enough circulation in tha closet along with tha desk fan fresh air will get in there no matter what as for tha odor u can try mabe growing some herbs like basil or something along side the weed 2 hide the smell..jus a suggestion

Yea they'll go into shock for a lil while mabe a couple days to a week then take off &| the wood should provide enough drainage in the pot &| allow O2 to the roots...give em a small dose of nutes 2 help with tha shock
