I'm using potting soil from miracle grow. I have fed it nutrients twice in its life and the last time was about 5 days ago. its an outdoor plant and it has been rainy the last week or so so the nutes should have been washed out right?

i am extremely worried about my plant. It went from being really healthy to down in the dumps in about 3 days. i have no idea what is wrong with it. If you could shed some light over what might be wrong it would be much appreciated. here are some photos:
