I just finished building a small box for some seedlings. I installed a 3 inch 120vac fan from Radio shack to vent and cool. There is no way I can use this fan the way it is. I didn't think a fan that small could be so damn loud. My dilemma is that all my seeds germinated overnight. already had...

That is not automatically true. He could take steps to conceal it. Every situation is different.

Use the search function. You will find lot's of threads about that.

I have a similar situation. Growing in the basement. I am running duct tubing from the grow room to the vent for the furnace - straight up and out through the roof. An inline fan in the tubing will create negative pressure in the grow room sucking in fresh air.

I wasn't paranoid after I ordered and wasn't asking. I had read before ordering that it was no big deal if customs got it. Then I read your post and thought maybe you knew something other didn't. Thats all.
