it looks like you have planted them too deep because the leaves that are coming out of the medium are more yellow than others. They will grow more leaves out dont worry they are doing okay for their time. Make sure the any airstones u have are directly under these, lower the cfl to right on top...

If the roots are going to be sitting in water then quit dripping after they reach the water but if not then water 10-20 mins per hour every day. Mine sit in an 18 gallon tub or a 10 gallon twanky 4 7 and are so happy :weed:
