ok on a 240 plug you have grd top pin hot(live) on on the right pin as the pins are facein you com (neg) on the left

plug your light into it use your made up lead plug it into 110 it wont hurt it if it is wrong as you are useing the lowest volts

if it came with 2 plugs a 110 and a 240 put the 110 on and plug it in m8

as you can see on the diagram m8 the diferance between 110 and 240 is the position on the coil if you put 110 higher on the coil it just wont work you will be safe to change the suplyed wire and plug it in

your plants need the fan leaves bro if cut them off it can stop your plantes growing (as it put's it's energy in to growing more) it uses it's fan leaves to give it energy a lot of light gose straight through the leaves so dont worry about them

the wiring in side most ballasts can't be changed as thay are full of poxy resin

thats what it says This ballast will accept 120/208/240/277v power sources, just change the wire
