Going from an open wing to a cooltube, is a ~5F/2C temperature drop a reasonable expectation? when using a proper fan? 2ftx3x4 room

Also got insulated ducting, heard it'll reduce noise better but was mainly bought to retain the hot air in it.

No it's an 180cfm 4" "blower" not a booster fan. Was the growbright blower/can combo thingy

Wouldn't a bucket of water sitting under the light cool the room slightly due to evaporative cooling? I need humidity up and temp down, this seems to be a easy solution...? I thought I had my temp issues resolved, but overnight the room did get back up to 85 with the door closed for 8hrs.

My humidity is too low to begin with 30-35%, but i imagine that would change as my plants get big. I struggle to keep it around 50%

81.5 room constant, 83.4 at plant shaded probe.... is that ok? I achieved this by hanging a cold water towel. Can I freeze a 2 liter bottle or something ? The towel drops the overall temp from about 84.

been moving the fans around and trying to get it right... i moved the carbon can to RIGHT above the reflector...and it seems to be helping a lot. wow the 400w puts out some heat

I'm google-ing and it's saying that - to measure the airs actual temperature with glass or plastic probes they have to be shaded. How do I accurately read the temperature under the light?

I just checked, the temp of the air leaving the room is 76F but 16inches under the bulb it gets up to 95, or both my meters say...

If the ambient temp is within range, but directly under the light isn't the solution would be - additional room circulation, correct? Also, are temp probes off when directly under the light. Mines saying 95 but it sure don't feel 95...?
