Best bet is check your local laws meaning town by laws... My town is already manipulating zoning laws to ban it in town all together. The prob is alot of "small" issues can be made big by tricky town laws. The school zone thing could be iffy. I would use a dummy email and just email the town...

I went to a tech high school for 2 yrs that had k9 sweeps of all hallways and 2 random shop classes every week. Worked better than anything else I've seen. When I was in auto I hid my bud in the paint booth and when in culinary I hid it in the walk in freezer and so did our chef LOL
