Ummm id just leave the dome on it about another couple of days so to give the other clones the time to develope thier root system. So not to lose any potential bud.

room temp. should be fine just make sure the water isnt too cold or too hot that can effect the plants growth.

It sometimes takes longer than a week 4 them to sprout. Did u germinate them ? wat kind of lights r u using and how long ? Cas from that one pic it looks to me like the top part of ur sprout was like cut off unless its still under the edge of the soil. Keep me up dated on the situation.

No they dont need light to sprout up but after they do the light is esential otherwise ur plants will start to grow taller an taller in seach of more light. Wat kind of HPS light do u hav? and wat r the deminsions of ur grow op ?

I think u might wana try addin some molybdenum to ur nutrient solution. molybdenum deficentcy

It sounds like u have a potasium deficentcy cuz.

lower the amount of nutes u givin em 4 about a week and just us distilled water that week they should be fine after. if u dont want to slow the nutes then u could get away with it but it only a chance.

I wouldnt go with the t5s man they get way to hot. the idea u had with the metal halide and the lens sounds great for the mothers. wat r the exact deminsions of ur grow op ?

U right man the water in the resorvour should only be touchin the roots not the rock wool cubes. Post some more pics or the root system to the plants.

Id have to say its the strain ur using man. cus most 40-48 inch tall plants should be givin u like 2 ozs a plant unless ur growin a strain that just grows lil popcorn buds. wat kind of light r u using ? an hrs on/off ?

na i wouldnt trim em unless the lower portion of the leaves started to turn a dark yellow any dropping, thats when u trim them. a thick vegitation of leaves is good and healthy for the plant. r u using cfls ?

IT looks like a nitrogen deficentcy to me cus. If not then u might want to try adding fetilizer with only secondary nutes like Calcium Magnesium,and sulferand some micro nutrients likeiron boron chlorine manganese copper molybdenum and zinc. Most fertilizers tell u wat kinds of nutes r in them...

Kepping mother and taking clones from it is esentually a good idea if done correctly. The strain of the mother plant will also ditermind a lot.
