Just a regular watering I could see, but when your ferts are time released in the soil and you start dumping large amounts of water in your medium aren't you activating those ferts?

I was under the impression that flushing with time release ferts in your soil just breaks down the nutes faster and essentially feeding your plants more? Can someone confirm or deny that either way?

Its 3X4 but only 3X3 is actual grow area. The room that my space is in is already upper 70's. That 600w gets it up in the mid 90s even with the fan I have on it.
