Probably not. You will need a much lower flow rate than that can probably give you. Lemme check the link out see if it list flow rates. That will probably work but you will diff be wasting C02. You need a solenoid valve and that to really make it work.

THat is one odd ballast haha. Yes the actual step-up transformer will get way to hot to touch. Like jack said, just take precaution as to what is around the ballast. Most ballast will have the transformer enclosed so there is no worry of touching it.

You have a week or so window to harvest. If you harvest at the beginning of that time you will have lets say 90% cloudy and 10% clear. This would give you a really intense high that is more upitty. Wait till the end of that week when it is 80% cloudy and 20% amber and you have a more calm, couch...

Genetics my friend. Some people compress their buds a little during drying process as well but I dont really agree with that.

I generally half the kool bloom. Shit is potent! I tend to first start with a lower dose of the kool bloom and then lighten up on the base nutes and more of the kool bloom the next water change. For god sakes just start at half strength with this stuff and see what your plants do.
