The lights are ok the fan is always a plus makes for a strong stem. Also something nobody ever told me when i was growing water around the edge not the center makes the roots stretch for water also gets nice root system going

What kind of lights reg bulbs wont do. Go get some cfl bulbs they are the energy efficient ones that look kind like a pigs tail that should be better on the plant and your wallet. What kind of soil are you using aswell?
