Man sweet space i fudged up and did veg for 3 months. Plants have been in flowering for two weeks and are well ovee two feet. Now what am i going to do.

All i have learned is my indoor is mine i can do whatever whenever as long as it is a schedule

Man i do this i put them out for morning light 12 bring them in refoliar and stick them in a room with cfls 18000 lumens they are bushes.

To answer your question you can use small amounts of red it doesnt hurt and if anything it will keep them nice and toasty warm. I use them with no problem plants turn toward them. Everyones setup is diff.
