man what you ned is a splitter makes one socket a duel socket. have thye two desk lamps with cover off. two duel sockets and get 4 26watt cfl bulbs from walmart. that would be nice for one plant but, "more light is almost always better" Ink The world. nicley put btw. Plus rep.

I had this problem aswell and it seemed like they were closing because of the light. It's nothing a perfect normal thing the plant does to stretch and grow. i wouldn't worry about it at all man. Good luck and happy smokn'
