Sounds like you just need another fuse buddy. I notice my light doesn't turn back on if I do it right away. Give it a few minutes and then I'm good to go. Yours sounds like it's just a popped fuse though.

Flushing that often gets rid of built up salts. So no it isn't bad. Just let it still dry out between waterings or feedings.

That's way to high of a PH for a seedling. What kind of soil are you using? I do hydroponics so someone else will need to help but for sure the ppm's are too high. The soil should be fine by itself with no nutes for a few weeks

No fresh air is very bad. The seeds would probably pop but then wouldn't grow very well at all. Extremely important

Don't bump up your nutes like suggested especially with a low RH. I dealt with low RH and the plants drink a lot more water and may not be able to handle the ppm. Is your ppm rising daily? Has the PH gone up or down at all? My plants can only handle 300 - 500ppm in veg and 1000 would straight...
