Its a 240 cfm Free air duct fan. Whenever i put my insulated duct on it seems like the air is blowing backwards into my room instead of out like it does normally.

23 watt CFLs will work fine I used 7 to veg my 7 plants and they got nice and big

I used 7, 23 watt CFLs for veg, my plants turned out good. They grew a little slow at first but they are nice sized now. Im sure you will do fine with that. For flowering I would recommend 400 watt HPS which is what im getting tomorrow if you can do it. If not get double like he said for...
