It's more likely to be genetics then a light leak. Stating to hermy that early into flowering makes me think it's probably genetics.

I've had seeds germinate and actually pop out of the soil, root and all, and just replanted it with a stick for support. Was fine and grew like...well like a 'weed'. Lesson...plant a little deeper.

A bunch of kids when I was in high school (mid 70s) brewed up some Jimson weed tea. Out of 7 of them 5 ended up hospitalized; all were busted. One set his bed on fire. Very dangerous stuff if you don't know what your doing. Jimson is also known out west as 'Loco weed" for a good reason.

I've got the same thing on one of mine. As you can see by the photo my lights are to close causing burning. Perhaps to close to the light? I ran out of overhead space (this is why we scrog!) but today I did managed to get a few more inches by re-hanging my hood. How far are you from your lights?
