I have X3 3 week old seedlings in 3 gallon smart pots. How do I water them? I've read you have to water until run off but this will mean giving them 1L of water a day which is way to much! Any advise would be good

The coco they were in was fucked PH was too high and PPM was way to high! So I got a fresh bag of coco and potted them again with new coco and they now seem to be doing a lot better colour is coming back already! I forgot to mention i have the seedlings in 3 gallon pots so watering to run off...

Just water until run off with them all. PH is around 6.0 and PPM is around 500 apart from one which is the most fucked which is at 1200!! Would a flush with really weak nutes and 5.8 water to drop the PH and PPM?

I know it's not the lights....the other guy said to drop the lights! I assume I burnt the roots with wrong PH or some kind of lock out...

I know the coco isn't the issue it was me but with out mistakes I'll never learn I guess. I just dropped the lights down 10" hopefully that helps. Will keep you posted....I'm off to read a grow bible :D

I read no end of stuff but the opinions vary so much from each book that you don't know what to believe especially with coco

Thanks for the response what you say makes perfect sense! could the wrong PH early on have locked out nitrogen intake? How do I increase nitrogen? The lighting is good enough for them now I also have a COB LED which I'll put in a bit further into veg but right now it's to powerful for the size.

I can't they're in the attic lights off it's pitch black lights on it's blurple. They have gone yellow and fallen off but don't know if that's from burn or because they're hungry. Do you really think at 18 days in coco it's to early for nutes?

I know the actual watt but watts with LED don't meant much if the PAR and range is good?

is the bestva COB LED 1200w any good? I don't know my way around electronics so building myself one isn't an option really. I have a 600w marshydro for veg but will need some extra light in a couple of weeks when I flip. Growing 4 sensi skunk in coco and perlite

What pots are you growing in? Perlite is advised I use 10% perlite 90%coco

BestVA COB LED is the best value LED on the market it's £170 and the performance in unbelievable

LEDs are great!

DIY COB LEDs are crazy the results that are coming from them some of the results that the guys are getting from home built COB LEDs are much better than HPS. I agree about blurples though :)

Watts don't matter in LED it's all about PAR ;) a good 240 true Watt LED can and has out performed 600w HPS ;)

Great reply thanks! I just needed a number so I'm not going to burn them to hard. I would always want to use as little nutes as possible as I think less chemicals is always a good thing. I'll let you know how they respond :)
