Nope not using miracle gro, heard bad stuff about that. I've got John Innes No.2 which I've heard mixed views on so am gonna see how it goes. This is my first grow so am learning the whole way, how much perlite should I use?

Ok understand, since we have been talking taller one has opened up slightly. Gave it aslight bit of water, but will repot later today i think. Yes will be repotting into 3.5 gallon pot, with soil & perlite.

Edit: cotyeladons R yellow. Repot I bet its deficiency or soil isnt getting air. Is it worth repotting both of them? or just the taller one?

Yep been checking bottoms of the pots, both are drying out after watering. Just more concerned on the taller ones leaves not opening out, both are growing ok. But have just noticed brown patches on some leaves of the taller plant.

Top leaves or bottoms ones?

I've just noticed the taller one i have has slightly brown patches on the leaves. Did your taller one open up in the end, eg the leaves relax and open up?

Pots are only 5" high pots at the moment, going to be transfered into 3.5 gallon pots.

I started with x6 seedlings, but due to lighting probs to start with the other did't make it. I think I will give them till next weekend, then repot them.

Both are meant to be white widows, but both did have stretching problems from seedlings. Is there anything I can do for the taller plant? Am due to repot next weekend but am willing to repot before if needed.

Ok not sure if this is a strange one or not, I have x2 plants only 3 weeks into grow but both plants are growing totally different. The taller one has thicker stem, other seems smaller but vegging fine leaves on show. The taller one still seems to be growing upwards but leaves are't fanning out...
