You might want to raise the humidity in your chamber by misting, or getting a small humidifier. 29% is awful low for vegging. My plants needed +60% relative humidity in the veg chamber, and my one strain (Venus Flytrap) only seemed to thrive upwards near 90% humidity. You're better off...
