Here are some pics of my current grow.... it is my first... I also need a question answered about my lights. I have a 400w metal halide, and a 1000w High Pressure Sodium. What would be better to use for veg? I know that MH is usually better, but with the 1000w would it be better for veg?

Hi, I bought a 1000w switchable system and the MH bulb broke... so I had to go buy a 400w MH instead. My question is What would be better for the plants a 1000w HPS during veg, or a 400w MH during veg? I know the spectrums are different... so I dont know what would be best to use.
