My little computer case fans are made to pull air not push.Also pulling air creates a negative pressure for me so it helps to keep removing the stale air and removing smell.

Well I dont know about the placement of your bulbs,but I'm thinking a general rule would be to keep the lights close and spaced from out equally. But my question is,how is the ona working out for you in odor control ? Your plant looks nice to me.I hope it produces lots of smoke for you.
