Way too much nutes, plants dont need anything but water and light for the first 10-14 days and even then you only need very little. You may have already fried their tiny little roots to the point of no return

Did you use the full strength nutes from the feeding chart? Lots of people dont even start using nutes until day 10-14 and then gently ease into them like 1/4 strength and slowly work up
