I started some autos last year around this time, maybe a little into august, like the 15th or something and the buds were ok I guess. Too much rain and poor sun later in the flowering cycle though so they were airy and it was just too much of a hassle.

If you live in NorCal, I am assuming you get a lot of clouds/rain during the winter. I believe it is possible to grow, but the lack of sun would probably result in some pretty crappy buds.

They don't have the auto bubblelicious anymore. I'm not sure if they still have any of theirs. But they were having problems with their autos, I would buy some elsewhere. Autos are great, even though people hate on them..

So I had a "stoner moment" at work and thought, why couldn't you grow on a lake pond? On some sort of floating platform camouflaged to look like drift wood. You could send it out and tie a rope to it to pull it in. The rope would be under the water somewhere only you know where you placed it...
