Although NL phenotypes are very close with little dif there could still be some that are freakish so to say. And also with nl the longer you let them go the sweeter it gets. Iv noticed cutting too early you will keep more of the musty/dirty sockish smell that NL sometimes has in early flower

There is not to many strains you will want to finish before 60 days. I have northern lights # 9 from sagarmatha seeds. They say 55 days its done. I'm @ 50 and plan to go until 65 days. I would wait until the hairs shrink back into the flowers. Plants look good!
