im not sure if my suggestion will work with what youre wanting to do but if you just keep the plants in the same pot making sure that both the table and buckets have the same openings for the pots you could just transplant them without moving them out of their pots which would be less stressful

I would cut off all the pollen sacs i could find. your yield will be higher than if you let all the pollen sacs mature and fertilize your buds. perhaps save some pollen in a vile and pollinate a few bud sites to generate some seeds?

the 100 watt from HD would work for 1 plant, but i would also continue to use the cfls for supplemental lighting but remember to switch the bulbs to 2700K like Rasta said. Curious how many lumens is the 100 watt hps from depot?
