Plants will droop a little during lights out, and thats totally normal. Hope your plants are ok, but if you are just worried about them drooping during lights out its normal.

Its actually a common trick that does no harm to the plant. The same principle as a green light. As you can have a green light ON during lights out as the green spectrum of light has no ill effects on marijuana.
