u need to move the light closer they are tall and skinyn because they are stretching to reach the light move the light closer and the strecthing will stop

leds aren't good to use because they don't have the power if ur looking for the cheap route either cfl or flouro's ur best bet

best thing i would say to that is to put the cfl really close to the soil they give a lil heat but thats good since the seed is only an inch under the soil the heat the cfl gives off should keep the soil slightly warm helping to speed up the poppin out of ground at least in my grow it helped...
