It's way too soon to tell the sex, usually two weeks into flower is when you see something. the plant in the blue party cup, make sure you have that placed where light doesn't get to the roots.

It's pearlite, I used it as a barrier for my soil. I had some gnat problems and I'm using out to keep them away from the soil.

My t-5 fixture is 6 bulbs, pretty bright. I'm not sure what to do with the seed, hopefully someone can help you.

I had my bubbles under t-5 as they sprouted, I don't think that i have heard of keeping a seedling out of light before?
