Your light it's fine dude, plant double sometimes triple in size after putting then into flower.

HPS is the ideal light for flowing, at 150w however it would depend in how many plants you have.

Those plants are really small if they are that old. Is the sunlight through the window the only light they are getting?

I started in soil and am just getting ready to try my luck with aero/bubbles. I would start in soil cause hydro nutes will add up quick.

I got my 430w hps from craigslist for a bill...my plants are 4 weeks into flower and the buds are already twice the size of the buds I finished with my first grow with cfl's. You can find great deals on them you just got to find them. Go with hps, you wont be disappointed!
