Hi all i have a question and im sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this but i have 2 18watt cool white fluro tubes and i am wondering if this is enough to veg two skunk haze plants scrog style i also have a 250watt hps for flower so that isnt a problem

Hi all Everyone knows that plants breath co2 right well insted of using a co2 generator would it be possible to use carbonated water as a suppliment?? by spraying on leaves?
