6 inch is kinda small for that size room with 1000's.

I like my sunleaves windtunnel in a box that I made but even a 4inch might be overkill for your set up. You could put the fan outside of the box and run a hose to the top or top of the side of the box and exhuast the heat that way. This would not make any light leaks and more room in the box...
