Update. I bent an allen wrench and tryed to push it up but no luck. Ive got it stuck befor when i first got the piece, after a few mins of workin it i got it out and it hasnt happened since. Only way i could get it out was twisting it, And there was no twisting this. Also tried the needle...

I was going to try that,but then i would be risking pushing it down more to the point where the stem will just pop in half. Just like my buddy did to his illadalph. But he just replaced the stem.
