if it were me i would flush now.... im also a newbie, i dont think you over nuted them since your so far into flowering i would say its normal. but i would def flush so your bud doesnt taste like chem.

sometimes you will have to flip the lights and help it out... if you flip the lights it should start to flower... just remember these were ment to be auto flowering under 18/6 so you probably wont get as big of a yield as you were expecting.

id go with quantum or lumatek quantum has fans to help cool the balast so thas why i like them. both are good brands though

id say u need to add some nutes... also what kinda soil... maybe try something with alot of perlite in it. you dont want the soil to stay wet long so you need alot of drainage.
