I don't think so , I used there lights before but I don't find their lights are power low and need to consume high electricity , and as for your said that the power low , I can tell u not every light's actual output is equal to their rated power. if they are equal, umm.... they will burnout...

I used to have the same brand of lights as I found very nice and I also used lightimetunnel, both compared to the two I still prefer Galaxyhydro, and I feel they sometimes look a bit similar to the design.
