Ok, so, this is weird as fuck. Since I woke up I've been experiencing some weird sensations. When I extend my arm forward I get a tightness/pain in my lower throat. (seems like more of an outer muscle...) Also I have been feeling some slight discomfort in my lower left rib area.... WTF...
