Two hours wont do any thing to em. I dont use a timer (dont ask, im lazy) and some times i sleep past the 12 hour mark for my flowering plants. This has had no ill affect, infact i have some of the biggest buds iv ever seen in person on one of em:) Literally the size of my forearm and thicker!

In my experience u should expect to lose 60 to 75 percent,max! I have a suspicion that the 80% figure is put out there so ppl wont b disappointed. I have never seen that much loss in a fresh bud, ever.

I do not use coco but have been interested. I would recommend transplanting in to 5 gallon pots. U will thank your self when ur not having to go out and get bigger pots because they got too big.Just my opinion

They are much cheaper than buying two seprate lights. But if u already have an MH there is no point in purchasing a conversion hps mh. Un less u want to run two lights at the same time.
