You can most likley use the Nutes that came with the AG, but I would recommened picking up some from the hydro shop (if thats an option) or just going with water only (my fav. personally)

Ussing reclaimed water basically means using the water that we shit in, and purify it to make it in to our drinking tap water. Some places already do this. Would you drink the tap water knowing that there were turds floating in it days earlier?
