YEs sir, your plants shall survive young padewan. Dont stress it they will be a - ok. This is a resiliant plant that can survive alot if given proper love and care after such problem. Good luck. Pics always help.

Well I would assume your location isnt suitable for outdoor plants. Pot is a plant that requires a light cycle to induce flowering where as other plants fruits vegtables are on a time table, they will prduce after a certain amount of time, no matter the lighting schedule. . Hope that clarify...

Easiest I would say would be Soil for the beginner. But I find Hydro to be easier once you know what your doing because things are automated when it comes to waterin ect. But I do like Soil =)

Yes the light will work within that socket, but you will still need a ballast for the lamp. usually 100w and down there are electronic ballast vs. the magnetic ballast.

Thanks, actually all of those have put into retierment (ie: fish tank) I have just one now that I use. I try and get a pic later.

Maybe I read it out of context, but if your suggesting that a T5 system runs hotter than a HID set up, I would say that is not true. T5 run slightly cooler than T8. Ive never burned myself on a T5 or T8, but sure as shit have burned my self on some HID lighting. .
