where are you setting your PH that you have to use "PH Up" all the time ?.... I've hardly ever used "up" as my tap water is high 7's and even with nutes i have to bring it down a point to achieve the 5.7-6.1 range i try to maintian ..... I can however see your point as to "NOT to add"...

the biggest concern imo would be a power outtage .... and losing the bubbles for too long of a period I suggest running a Pump from a deepcell 12V battery....thats on a battery charger..... and if the power goes out (that charger stops charging the battery ) but you get a few hours of runtime...

bleach also has no effect on water temps ....??? so I dont know why it is given as advice here .... are you saying that bleach will allow you to leave your water temps at 80 ? IDk ...I would work on one issue at a time .... Bring those temps down first....THEN see if you need to treat...

I suggested MIlkjugs for your room (outside the res....just to keep floor air temps (around the res) a little cooler) ....you know ?...Like put a frozen milkjug full of water , on the floor (on something waterproof...a towel or a plastic plate or something ...cause it will sweat and drip a...
