    Too hard to say an exact date when they will be ready. There are so many determining factors. As others have said let the plant tell you when she is ready.

    Fox Farm, Molasses, and MaxSea. I don't see much about MaxSea on here but I love the stuff. It is a mix of organic and chem, so it gives me all the micronutrients I need.

    How did she get poliniated? Did you have some males? I've heard that in rare cases a male flower appears on a female (not hermafrodite) then the seeds she produces will be feminized. Anyone ever hear that? Just a myth?

    Raised beds would be good or put them in big pots. You may even be able to use the surrounding soil in the pots, just check the pH as mentioned earlier. Also I have heard that you can dig a hole in marshy areas that will then fill up with water. I have not tried this but it could save you...

    really windy should i be worried?

    Another benefit of wind is it helps to reduce any chance of mold or rot. Your plants should be fine since they don't have too many branches on them.
