well it depends.. in one case i had the seed casing was keeping the leaves from getting any lights at all, the seedling was dying due to it and the seed casing had to be removed. IF it is just hanging off of one of the leaves you could leave it alone, but if it's causing growth issues they...

i always use one tablespoon per gallon. the easiest way to add it in, is to boil water, mix the amount in a cup of hot water, and pour that into your prepared bucket/jug of nutes. the cool water nutes will cool the hot water instantaneously.

you gotta be careful with HID and seedlings, make sure they are plenty far away so they don't get fryed :leaf:

yea, i agree with the statement of looking a week or 2 into flowering. Do you have it on a timer? Is/was there a light leak? Is there any other information that you could possibly be leaving out? :leaf:

that is 15 days into flowering? How long did you vege before putting it into 12/12? :leaf:

the plant will do the bulk of its stretching the first 2-3 weeks of flowering. Week 4 and 5 is when you will start to see buds forming up. The first 2-3 weeks of flowering is the most crucial to manipulate your plants by bending/tying down to ensure they do not stretch as much. :leaf:
