    quick outdoor bucket question

I would be worried about the bucket blowing down in the wind, or an animal knocking it over. What I do is dig a hole about three feet deep, fill halfway with some good soil, cut out a portion or all of the bottom of bucket, and set down in said hole. Less chance of the bucket blowing down and...

    Goddamn airplanes!

I have six plants total outside. Four in one cleared spot and two closer to my place in a cleared spot. I didn't throw the cleared trees far away. I have noticed the same single-engine plane doing loops around the area, right over my grow spot several times. If I am out there I just squat and...

emergency advice needed to save my grow

mix some bloodmeal into the existing soil or spread it around the top or the soil so it soaks in when it rains, it contains lots of nitrogen. you can buy it at any gardening shop. it breaks down into a nitrogen source for your plants. are your plants showing pistil growth/buds/etc...??

    White pistils burning?

Mine do the same thing, older pistils brown and curl in toward the bud. More pistils will grow to replace them, this is a component of how the bud grows.

Upstate NY Outdoor Bagseed, one huge sativa and several other mixed babes!!!

Here are the same plants budding, the sativa is over seven feet tall, she is a slow go. The rest are coming along nicely. These were taken just before the sun hit them, was doing maintenance with bamboo to help them since they are top heavy when wet. Picked off a few slugs and leaf-hoppers. Two...

Hey all, some updated photos of my ladies. It is early morning, they are soaked and top heavy, did some maintenance with bamboo to keep them straight till they get some sun, which was hitting them as I left. When will budding start on my clones in southern ontario?

I have a huge bagseed sativa, seven to eight feet tall, fan leaves are seven blade, small leaves and thin. She has pistils all over, hope she finishes. The others are obviously more indica dominant, one has decent buds on it already, must be an early finisher. Have some NY Diesel, they are...

1st Grow Ever -- Indoor-CFL -- New Pics Every Few Days

That looks exactly like my first cfl grow in closet, lol. What are your temps, tin foil increases the heat too much. Your plants look heat stressed. Take off the tin foil on the walls, and blow a fan inside if you can for air movement if you haven't already. White walls do a better job at light...

    Indoor/Outdoor Season Journal

I have been having the same problem in 5 gallon buckets. It is always when they need a watering. I water with nutes, the leaves green up. Just started Advanced Nutrients Big Bloom, 0-15-40, used it last evening and waiting to see the results. Contains no nitrogen so I don't expect the leaves to...

Advanced Nutrients Big Bud, bought the powder, can I use for soil?

Hey, I bought this product, its 0-15-40, advanced nutrients big bud. The directions only list for hydroponics. Can I just mix the same amount in water to feed my soil, the amount that the manufacturer recommends for hydro? The grow shop lady recommended it over foxfarm bloom booster. The budding...

    Outdoor Grow 2010

Yeah, please add some nutrients to the babes. They need some phosphorous and potassium like yesterday. The yellowing leaves indicate they are using up the nitrogen from their fan leaves. Feed the poor hoes or you won't get decent smoke.
