Just quick update. I have decided to move to the 20/4 Cycle. The plant doesn't seem to being growing vertically at all. With the new 20/4 Cycle, I hope that the plant uses as much light as it can absorb during the 20 hours.

I'm using Pro-Mix Organic soil plus right now. It's soiless, so whatever nutes I add, will be the only nutes my plants receive. Currently using FloraNova Grow and Bloom.

7 Hours after the first time feeding them. Don't see much of a difference. But hopefully it'll start using those nutrients on Day 14. I don't believe I am stressed it to stunt its growth. The lighting cycle may have been off by an hour or two a couple days ago, but doubt that will shock it this...

If you're just worried about the smell, try looking for a carbon filter or make one yourself.

I am using 6 23W CFL's.

Hey, I had to same situation, my temperature during the day is near 82-85F, it is only going to get hotter due to the change of climate. What I did was made a DIY CO2 generator, a pop bottle+yeast+sugar. Read that plants can take up more heat to 90F if there is enough CO2 in the grow box.
