I grew two Querkle plants from seeds and had two phenos. One turned more purple than the other and was a bit more indica in buzz effects. Neither were what I would call "heavy" indica. Very manageable for smoking during the day. My preferred use for the Querkle was chilling in front of a movie.

I would recommend a call to the local police department to see how they interpret it. I think a greenhouse grow is not "outdoors" but I'm not the one with the gun and badge.

I've grown outdoor for three seasons in Boulder and never had an issue with pollen. I never put anything outside before Memorial Day due to past bad experiences with hail.

Last version of the bill I saw said the greenhouse itself has to be locked.

I think the Blue Dream at the Treehouse is one of the best tasting plants ever. Assuming it is the one I'm thinking of (MG Canna's) it tastes to me like a bowl of Fruit Loops. Most Excellent!
