Sure it can only help.. How does your res look? Is it clear , cloudy etc. Cause if you have some growth in your res that will throw off ppm and ph pretty quick.

I'd say a wk maybe 2? She might just be in a lull, and fatten up some in the next wk.. Would def try to at least get a cpl cfl's on those lower but.. Although it may be too late, but it can't hurt either

That cube is soaked, i can tell by the color. Rockwool is like a sponge it absorbs water.

Rockwool absorbs water so the whole cube is soaked. Pour out water and try to elevate cube on something to cause the water to drain out of top part of rockwool. It's gonna sound weird, but after you do that pour a lil h202 diluted of course, over cube to get a lil extra oxygen to them until...
