Its all up to the grower. Hydro can yield an incredible amount of buds, as well as soil if you do it right. If you build yourself a decent hydro setup, which you can learn on this site, hydro can basically take care of itself as long as you monitor everything and makes changes accordingly.

damn dude, why did you cut so much off?? If you wanted to get more light on the other branches you could have just added a couple cfl's. They look healthy though, so maybe you'll be ok, just set back a week or two so maybe a little additional vegging time and you'll be cool. Good luck with that

I would tie it up and watch the bend site, hopefully it didnt get too damaged. I had a branch break on me before on a small plant. It didnt break completely off, but it was definitely broken. I tied it up and it healed itself after a week or so. good luck any pics??

Ya man, all my water for hydro is at the most 6.2, but ideal for me is 5.5 to 5.8. Getting a digital ph meter did wonders for my plants. I was using the test strips at first, what I thought was about 6.0 was actually like 3.7!! Do you have a dig ph meter, if not then it looks like it could be...

Well these things dry out pretty dam fast with the fans blowing on them. It seems about 24 hours and these blocks are bone dry. These are in their 3rd week of growth right now
