    smells like freshly cut grass

Denser buds should be dried and cured in repeated steps. Part of curing is forcing the bud to spread out the remaining moisture. Standard drying will dry from the outside inward. Curing redistributes the moisture evenly. Personally, I'd do a week of each, back and forth, until the bud is dry...

    Noob with a sex question

It's very hard to tell, but the best guess I can offer is 60% chance of female.

    size question

Grow them to a size, that 2.5x would max out your space, then flower. Approximately 5 inches in your box, or a little under. Try to keep them compact.

From the pictures, it looks like your only problem is over worrying.

    Free bug control

I know of a couple different home brewed bug sprays, but I was wondering if there's a way to lure spiders to my plant? I only get a bug once or twice every few days, so I don't want to be spraying my plant for a problem that's not too big. A resident spider would be safer, but none have...

    First grow from seed

Ok, first off, I don't know what type of weed it is, and I can't find out where the seeds came from. My dad found out I was growing a pot plant, so he gave me the seeds he's had for a while. He tried growing over a year ago, and couldn't get the seeds to germinate, so I don't expect him to...

    Germainting Seeds

Anyways, since it's pretty much on this topic, I have a question. How big should the exposed root of a germinated seed be, before planting it in the medium?

    Germainting Seeds

You're not supposed to have the seeds in the paper towel while ringing it out. Most seeds won't require re-wetting the paper towel after the first time.

can i leave my plants in the dark for an extra 12 hours?

If you're going to do it more than once, don't do it often. Otherwise, though you should be fine.

    Germainting Seeds

Just squeeze it a little so the majority of the water gets removed. And I'm guessing you're not using Bounty cause that stuff's strong :P

    Cloning without hormones

I'm only trying for 2 clones because the clippings I'd be removing are for the main goal of increasing light to more necessary parts of the plant. BakedinBC, I'm growing outdoors but I think cloning indoors has higher success. I'll take pictures of every step/day for my attempt at this, then...

    Germainting Seeds

Try to turn the tap on so little it drips quickly. I used a small plate with the seeds between 2 paper towels that were folded in quarters. When I moisten the PTs I hold it under a quick dripping stream of tap water until 1/2-3/4 of the paper towel looks freshly wet. Note, when using a...

    Cloning without hormones

Ok, so to clear things up before I do anything. Does the angle of the cut matter? The cutting goes in water overnight, but doesn't need to start rooting before going in soil?

    Cloning without hormones

Thanks vh13. I'll try one then the other. Would you recommend a 45 degree cut, in presoaked potting soil?

    Cloning without hormones

The saddest part is, I have a job and the only time I've worked was when I got trained. Every time I call back they say it's not busy enough. (Got hired by a motel). So I'm employed but I don't work. And no work means no pay. If I was getting a paycheque I'd spend as much as I needed to in...

    Cloning without hormones

I'm literally on a budget of under a dollar. It's sad, but true. You probably shouldn't be suggesting I steal something, but you have a point. And my list of morals is pretty short.

    Cloning without hormones

Ok, I searched, and perused many threads and can't find one on this topic. Is it possible to clone a plant without a rooting solution? Will the clipping try to develop roots on its own? I don't have any rooting solution conveniently available to me but I want to take 2 branches off my...

    Early sign?

Ok, so up until now the only thing my plant has done is grow new leaves. It's just starting to grow the first sets of 5-bladed leaves. I checked today, and saw these in a few places. I don't want my plant doing anything until it gets at least a foot tall. I don't mean the stipules...

Do you have your own business of selling sprouted plants? I can't imagine someone growing that many plants by themself without a field or an underground bunker

    PICS: Ready for flowering stage?

Yeah, that is way too small for a decent yield. I'd wait until the plant is at least a foot tall.
