You are definitely right about the bolting with too much chicken manure. I noticed a few days after stop dressing with it that they started to shoot up super fast with big internodal spacing.

Integrated pest management I would hit them every 3 days for a few weeks, make sure to get the stalks and under the leaves.

That's not good. I would spray with some ipm, looks like it most likely has spidermites with that webbing. And then keep your eye on it. Probably spray it a few times a week for a couple weeks.
